My work has recently shifted from studies in classical realism back into exploring psychological themes of emergent emotional symbolism. I develop a painting through the fusion of textural abstractions, bold colors, and expressive figurative elements. The work slowly emerges from a formless state into a recognizable design structure that resonates with a specific emotional vibration recognizable to the human psyche.
